I have been doing my duty and poking at my corrupt representatives.  A couple of weeks back the US Senate voted in a tax bill in the middle of the night.  This was after the House had forwarded their own bill to the Senate.  Both are horrible monsters.  So they were bounced back into a committee in the House to pull out some kind of mutant form with all the horrors still in tact.  That should be available to look at today.  I wonder if they will get this gift to oligarchy on Trump’s desk before his brain melts?

This week has been a back and forth between Congressman Simpson and myself.  I started out with this email:

I am very disappointed in your support of the Tax Bill, but you have one more chance now that it is back in the House to vote for the working poor of Idaho. I expect you will still be voting with the oligarchs and when you come up for reelection next year, the people of Idaho will not see their taxes go up until the spring of 2019 so you will be able to pretend you did not hurt them. You would be smart to take you moneys and run before then. You are either by design or by ignorance supporting a conspiracy against the United States and will eventually come to the attention of the people investigating and prosecuting this Russian oligarch attack on your country.

I assume you are supporting the FCC vote to destroy net-neutrality. That is just one more strangle-hold on the people of Idaho. You would be wise to not support it.

Then came this response from an earlier plea to not vote for the feed the rich on the backs of the working poor:

This letter is speaking of the first House draft that was sent to the Senate.  I am sure he is going to vote yes on the mutant bill that just came out of the committee.  I really am not sure if the new bill has to be voted on in the House before goes back to the Senate for a vote.  It has been a very long time since civics class, and I cannot afford to put good legal help on retainer.

So I sent an email this week pleading for him to change his mind.  It ran like this:

Thank you for your response. I can only assume you are referring to the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act bill that was originally passed by the House and sent to the Senate.  What the chimera of a bill that just got out of committee is, I have not had a chance to look.

You truly must be delusional if you think revoking the estate tax is a good idea. Even if you are talking about just the population of Idaho, there cannot be more than a hundred farm families that have estates worth over twelve million dollars to be hit by that tax.  There are over a million people in Idaho and that makes people hit by estate tax statistically insignificant.  You are just contributing to wealth inequality: oligarchy in fact.  You are not in the debt to Russian oligarchs are you?  How about taking money from lobbyists from in and out of state corporations?

I know that 39.6% current rate for high income groups is now 21% in the new form of the bill. So much for the wealthy pulling their weight.  Reinvestment and economic growth was disproved by the Reagan years and the state of Kansas.

I haven’t checked on the new bills doubling of my standard deduction. I imagine that is gone in the new form.  Somebody has to start paying of the deficit that this bill is going to blow out of the water.

I sent you an email earlier this week hoping that you would use this new bill form to vote for the working poor of America, but I can tell that you are just going to tow the party line. A little over eleven months until the American people can start fixing the mess the Russian attack has created with many people in government’s help.

I am waiting for his response.  But I once believed that the House has to vote on bills out of committee again before they go for a Senate vote again.  They may have changed the rules like McConnell is doing by not seating the new Senator from Alabama.

It was Senator Crapo who responded quickly with his disapproval of the FCC’s decision to remove Net-neutrality.  He carefully avoided the tax bill issue.  He is part of the conspiracy after the fact.  I have heard no rumors of him getting Russian moneys like the rumor of Senator Risch.  He probably just gets his moneys from lobbyists.

So I am sure Crapo will be supporting Chuck Schumer’s vote against the FCC decision.  Senator Schumer’s support of moving the capital of Israel just goes to show, nobody is perfect.  All politicians seem to pick up a taint along the way.  I think that is a human failing in government.  We all suffer from cognitive dissonance and should keep up our  psychic wards.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I Hate Politics!

Sometimes you have to look through the trees to see the rocks and the sea beyond.

 

I really hate wasting time on this, but I want there to be some record in case the US fails to pull it out of this spin dive into insanity. These posts will be a record of the lies that some of our politicians have given out to their constituents, and hopefully it will encourage the justice system to catch up with these people. There are a lot better political analysts than I.

 

This is the e-mail I sent to Senator Crapo a couple of days ago:

 

I was very disappointed in your vote on the tax bill, what was it, the week before last? It was not a great surprise.   It is a good thing that you are coming up for reelection in 2020 as it will give the working poor in Idaho a chance to see their taxes go up in the spring of 2019. By then I suppose you will have taken your lobbyist’s moneys and run. The oligarchs will have a firm control over our country by then.

I suppose you will be supporting the FCC in their voting against net neutrality as well. It will be one more strangle-hold on the people of Idaho.

This is my response to that response e-mailed today:

 

Thank you for your quick response on my concerns about the FCC vote. I was pleased to hear that you were opposed to what the FCC just did. We will see if the lawsuits can fix this. Just another example of how much chaos the Russian attack is doing to our country. I notice you do not address my concerns on the current tax bill. It is appalling. I have not even had time to look at the chimera of a bill that just got out of committee. My only hope is that there is a House vote again before it goes to the Senate. I am sure you all will pass it as it appears this is the only reason you have not moved against the Russian intrusion. This is conspiracy during the greatest threat our country has ever faced, and to all appearance the vast majority of the GOP is going along with what oligarchs both in and out of the country want. The only positive thing I have seen out of Congress was preventing the administration from removing sanctions. As with today’s FCC vote, the country is losing ground every day, and we have a little over eleven months left before people have a chance to take back Congress.

This title was originally going to be used in a poem; there is a file around here someplace; it popped into my head after my granddaughter was born. It took on prophetic proportions with the Russian oligarchy assault on America succeeded.  That is when I began to remember the old ways, and oaths to fight the opposite of The Cosmic Will for Good.

Who knows, maybe that poem is coming to a theater near you soon.

In the meantime, this popped into my head the other day, what happens if you can just change one word?

This is the “Lord’s Prayer”.

If you change just one word it becomes this:

It is much more soothing in the trenches.

One thing I have learned over the last few years is that in my ritual magic days I was mispronouncing the word “Amen”. In Aramaic it is pronounced “Amin” as in Edi-Amin of Uganda fame. It is probably much closer to Enochian than the Latin vulgate.

Another thing that I have also learned in the last little bit of time is that old souls are sometimes filled with cosmic perversions. The world of illusion and desire extents into all our potential realms, and it is best to be aware of them inside each of us as the opposition is always tricky.

A New Type of Shore Bird (at least to me)

 

You can learn a lot if you pay attention, Yogi Berra, the baseball coach is suppose to have said that.  I have avoided paying attention to politics for years.  Now I am paying attention again.  My brain hurts.

This is an interesting example of political posturing and the smokescreen of caring about what constituents think. Senator Risch is not paying attention to anything but his own judgement as far as the Russian interference attack is concerned. These three letters are all the same over a good six months of time in which just by casual observation a person can see motive, means, and opportunity of a crime. There are rumors that some foreign moneys turned up in his campaign, not much, but some. McConnell is rumored to have taken a much large amount. I imagine most of Risch’s moneys come from lobbyists, and he is paying much more attention to the tax cuts for them right now than to his work in the Senate Intelligence Committee.

Save for the dates, these letters are identical. Illusion much? He has certainly moved up on my list of people in a criminal conspiracy against the of the US. He will have to face the tough questions when he eventually faces the counter intelligence investigation. The thing that most of the people involved in this conspiracy are wrong about is that this will go away like all corruption ever has. This is a totally new beast in the history of the US, and we as a people have been roused from our stupor. To quote the Dude, “This will not stand, man.”  I am still hoping for that “peaceful transition of power”, but as you can see, the corruption and denial run pretty deep.

Shore Birds Thrive Between Land & Sea

 

I have been distracted of late, the past and present collide to make the future, and the propaganda war swirls around us all, even those who are not in the trenches. The physical responsibilities happen during a retrograde Mercury whether or not you are ready, so I plod along fighting off the gray of winter which has not even really settled in.  In a world of illusion and desire priorities shift as the battle lines are constantly shifted to and fro.

 

I would much rather be writing about treasure hunting, sorcery, or long walks into the hills on the boarder of reality. Since the oligarchs have weaponized the web for their own twisted purposes, it behooves us all to pay attention.  Trump and the hidden hogs are firmly at the trough and each of us must keep on our toes at the quantum level as well as in the macroverse.   We are all doing what we can.

 

So in keeping with my civic duties, my whole being rebels against civic duties, I have again emailed my representatives just to say I did. They are all GOP members, and at least one of them may have been part of the great conspiracy in this oligarch attack on making a better humanity.  All four of them are guilty of aiding and abetting after the fact, if not actual obstruction of justice.  If any of them were actually part of the conspiracy, time and justice will find them.  They all may just be war profiteers.

 

Back in my anti-draft registration protests, it was said that politicians take one letter as a representation of one-thousand constituents. I was too young to have theories of politics in my anti-war (Vietnam) protest days. But I have kept that thought in my mind even if it is not true.  Now that we have email, I just updated my belief system to insert that in place of a letter.  I am covering my bases and hoping for a peaceful transition of power.  There are pluses (Moore lost) and minuses (McConnell is threatening to not install Jones in the Senate until after they ram through their oligarch perquisite).  I really am too old and lazy for this stuff.

Anyway, here are the four emails I sent yesterday. There is a theme.

I was very disappointed in your vote on the tax bill, what was it, the week before last? I see you have been doing your best to raise taxes on the working poor in Idaho. Very disappointed in your support for the GOP push for tax reform.  You have one more chance to vote against the bills that have been bounced back to the House.  But given your record, you support the oligarchs and have taken their lobbying moneys.  You are wise enough to get out of Congress next year, but your voting is against the working people of Idaho so will not be supporting your run for governor.

I suppose you will be supporting the FCC vote on destroying net-neutrality. That will just be one more stranglehold on the people of Idaho.

I was very disappointed in your vote on the tax bill, what was it? The week before last.  It was not unexpected.  You come up for reelection in 2020, so the people of Idaho will get a chance to watch their taxes go up in the spring of 2019, at least the working poor’s will.  You will probably have taken your money and run by then.  You appear to be in the pay of the oligarchs as there are rumors some of the GOP funding that went to you came out of their pockets.

I assume you are in favor of the FCC planning to killing net neutrality as well. It will just be another strangle hold on the people of Idaho for profit.
